Mr. Bailey is the founder of the Law Offices of JB Bailey.  He was born in Dallas, Texas and raised locally in Carrollton, Texas.  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and received his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law.  He has worked as an associate at a personal injury law firm before opening his own office.  Mr Bailey has been trained at the Trial Advocacy Clinic - Huntsville, Texas sponsored by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  Mr. Bailey is licensed to Practice Law by the State Bar of Texas and Licensed by the Northern District of Texas Federal Court.  When not practicing law, Mr. Bailey swims for the Dallas Area Master's Swim Team.

Mr. Bailey has extensive experience in cases involving car accident victims.  In addition, Mr. Bailey has handled many complex criminal cases including, but not limited to:  DWI, Intoxication Manslaughter, assaults, aggravated sexual assault, weapons charges, fraud, and white collar offenses.
